The Alpha Filling Principle; Containers are moved into alignment with the filling heads by the same method as the Delta vacuum powder Filler. The difference is the use of fluidised powder feed and individual high resolution weigh cells placed under each filling head. The weigh cells automatically tare the containers to be filled and when the tare is complete the fill is automatically initiated. The filling head has no moving components in contact with the product and thereby eliminates product breakdown.
