AUTOVAC in-line vacuum filler
Autovac is an in-line fully automatic liquid filling machine, using vacuum to fill to constant levels. All motions are pneumatically controlled except the conveyor, which is electronically driving by a self contained variable speed unit.
The machine is specifically designed to handle glass and all rigid containers which will withstand internal vacuum and can be fitted with varying numbers of filling heads to handle jars and bottles from 10ml bottles up to 5 litres. It incorporates a fully automatic overflow return which does not interrupt filling. Suitable for filling cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, wines, spirits, cordials, liquid food products and general household liquids.
