These models are multi-headed versions of the VP-1 range. The DB models are specifically designed for filling aggressive products such as bleach as all product contact parts are constructed in non-metallic materials. Apart from the VP-1-ND, all models feature diving nozzles for bottom up filling, although with GEA Gravfil’s unique nozzle designs most products can be filled from the top.
These are self-contained volumetric fillers with hydraulic sequence controls arranged for 2-4 head operation. The filling range of 5ml to 5 litres for the two head unit can be expanded by interchangeable metering cylinders allowing infinate volume adjustment.
