GEA Dico twin turret machines apply all types of press-on caps, jaycaps, flip tops, sprinkler caps, securitainers, aerosols and inserts to containers at speeds up to 300 cpm.
The containers are fed by conveyor into a continuously rotating turret which automatically presents each container into the correct position to receive the closure from a corresponding chuck.
The closures are fed from the sorting system to the chucks by a positive cap transfer turret ensuring reliability and accurate positioning. Head elevation enables this machine to cap a wide range of containers with quick and simple size change operation.
A unique advantage of the machine is its minimal space requirement which is unmatched by other capping machines with comparable outputs.
